Welcome to the 2026 World Cup Data Platform (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by the 2026 World Cup Data Team ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us regarding your use of the website and all related services, including but not limited to schedule data, live scores, AI predictions, odds information, and other features.

By accessing, browsing, or using any content, functionality, or service provided on the Platform, you signify your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any additional terms, policies, or guidelines we may post from time to time. • Tampering / interference: Attempting to bypass security measures, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform;
• Unlawful distribution: Using the Platform to post or transmit any illegal, infringing, malicious, false, or misleading information;
• Account abuse: Registering multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abusing message/feedback functions.

We reserve the right to take legal and technical action against any violation of the above restrictions, including but not limited to blocking IP addresses, terminating services, and pursuing legal liability.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, data compilations, interface design, logos, icons, and AI model outputs, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the People's Republic of China and international treaties. We own or lawfully license the copyright, trademark rights, database special rights, and other intellectual property rights in such content.

You may not copy, republish, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works of any content unless expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.

4. Disclaimers

Data Accuracy: While we strive to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of schedules, scores, player statistics, and other information, all data is sourced from third-party licensed feeds and public information. We make no express or implied warranty regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or error‑free nature of the data. Unexpected match events (e.g., referee decisions, technical failures) may cause delays or discrepancies. We are not liable for any loss resulting from the use of Platform data.

AI Prediction Model: AI predictions, win probability analyses, champion probabilities, and other forecasts are based on historical data and algorithmic models – they are for reference only. Football match outcomes are influenced by countless unpredictable factors; no prediction constitutes a guarantee of actual results. You should treat predictive information rationally and bear your own decision-making risks.

Third-Party Links: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only; we do not control the content or privacy practices of those third-party websites and assume no responsibility for their accuracy, legality, or security.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to cyberattacks, server failures, natural disasters, or changes in laws/regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you expressly understand and agree that the Platform, its team, and its partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for using the Platform (if any) or RMB 100, whichever is lower.

6. User Content and Feedback
